Papers received after the deadline or not respecting the formatting or submitting rules will not be published.

A short version of the paper (5 pages long) presenting background literature, original issues addressed, some preliminary results and conclusions has to be submitted online in an Adobe Acrobat® (pdf) format file. Submission must be anonymous in order to guarantee a double-blind review for acceptance; please, upload a version of your work without naming authors [set: \author{No author}]
All submissions should be high-quality papers describing original, unpublished research in related scientific areas. They will be selected by the Programme Committee after a doule-blind review process based on quality, significance, originality/innovativeness, relevance, clarity and an overall assessment.

Papers accepted must be submitted in their final version (12 pages long) through the website.
Please, upload an archive file (*.zip folder) containing:
a camera ready version in an Adobe Acrobat® (*.pdf) format file
- the source file in LaTeX format (*.tex)
- all the images in EPS format (*.eps)
- the bibliography file in LaTeX format (*.tex or *.bib)
- any other source files used to produced the camera ready file
Authors are encouraged to send their final paper version before the deadline so that any formatting problems may be figured out and solved on time with the help of the proceeding editors.

Until the end of the submission deadline you have the opportunity to edit contribution details, upload revised versions of your paper(s) and/or withdraw your contribution. In order to do this, click on the corresponding menu items in the overview page (ie, page after login). |
